Snow Sharks' Annual Kickoff Party
August 27, 2010
Come and join your fellow SnowSharks at their annual kickoff party.
This year it is being held at Banquet Masters at 8100 Park Blvd.
Suite 201 in
Pinellas Park Florida from
6:30 to 10:00 PM.
We will be taking deposits for our 2010-2011 ski trips.
All trips are sold on a first come basis. Don't miss out!
Along with some club supplied tasty food and good friendship, we will have
a
silent auction to benefit the Disabled Veterans. Proceeds from this auction
help send our veterans who are disabled, on a
ski trip
held in
Snowmass, Colorado each year.
Please consider placing a bid on one or more of our items. I know the Vets
will love you for it as much as you love them for what they have done for us.

This is our usual monthly social held on the second Tuesday of the

from 7:00 PM until you want to leave. A light meal/appetizers are provided.

Just a night out with friends. Come and have fun over dinner and a movie.

at 6:30 for some good company and lively conversation

by a $5.00 movie at the AMC 20 theater complex.
Cost of the evening is on the participant but you

Have some fun while you "go to the dogs". Enjoy an evening with good food and watch some exciting dog racing. Bet if you want or just enjoy the show.

We will meet at 6:30 pm at the Derbyclub Restaurant. Post time is 7:30 pm.
Cost is $29.00 per person and includes all you can eat buffet of prime rib, shrimp, crab legs, soup, salads and more while overlooking the live action. This price includes tax, tip and a racing program. Beverages are additional. We need a minumum of 20 people with payment in full by October 4, 2010, so sign up soon.

Thanksgiving Turkey Trot
Want to start your Thanksgiving Holiday off with a "bang"? Why not join us
for a fun run/walk. There are four events that you can sign up for.
Wingding - 5K. Begins at 7:00 a.m.
Certified 3.1 mile course with one water station.
Fun Run - 5K. Begins at 7:30 a.m.
For walkers, joggers and strollers
Gobbler - 1 Mile. Begins at 8:30 a.m.
A fitness run/walk
Turkey Trot - 10K. Begins at 8:45 a.m.
Certified 6.2 mile course with three water stations.
Course open for two hours after start.

| Buffet / Racing at Tampa Bay Downs |

"And they're off"
Come and spend a fun day at the track. Join us for a trackside buffet luncheon
and watch the ponies run for the money. This is live racing where you will
get the whole sensual experience of the world of throughbred horse racing.
There will be good food and a lot of fun.
Arrive at the track around 11:15 am and meet us under the tent. We will
have tables reserved for our group. A buffet lunch is served around
noon and the racing starts about 12:25 pm. There are betting booths
under the tent so you do not have to go far to lose your money.
The costs will be posted as soon as the 2011 racing schedule is available.
Plan early for a day of fun.

Join your fellow Snow Sharks on our annual cookout at the
Ft. De Soto Park Camp Grounds located at
3500 Pinellas Bayway South
Terra Verde, Florida.
Don't forget to reserve your campsite early.

Cookout is Saturday, April 30, 2010, at 4:00 pm on site #167.
Bring your favorite dish to share.
Parking is at the entrance of the park.
Biking and rollerblading will start at 9:00 am. Come early and play.
